Thanks! My bet is that Berger is not going to get his plea bargain unless he comes clean with the info on the Clintons. It has been about the Clintons all along.

I love this coming out now as Ms. Clinton is being challenged in the Senate race!

Might have a longer life span in jail than on the outside, after testifying against the Clintonistas.

This blog is wrong acording to the NY Times article which it was supposedly gettting the information from -- it was briefed to staffers who look to have told some people on the Commission but not all of them.

The plea bargain and sentencing was delayed until September with NO explanation.

Thought it was odd yesterday that Morris said he and McAullife thought she shouldn't waste money on the Senate race. Why say such a thing when she is supposed to be able to rake in all kinds of money.

Then this gets broken in the NY Times, Weldon was all over the place yesterday with the facts, Lehman and Rohmer are both livid they were not advised, several weeks ago Burger's sentencing was delayed, and I am now sitting here waiting for the other shoes to drop.

This is not going away anytime soon and think it explains the left's rabid attacks on Karl Rove recently. As long as Rove is sitting next to the President, there is going to be payback. For the NY Times to run this, this must be a major story breaking and they are trying to get some credibility back it looks like.

I sure do -- waving that paper around on the Senate floor was disgusting. Think we need to do the same to her and Slick!

LOL!!! I was sitting here thinking the same thing which is probably why he stole articles from the archives. Bet he is sweating about now with this all coming out and his plea agreement not finalized!

Think bigger! GORELICK was Assistant Attorney General who ultimately worked for BILL CLINTON.

I agree. See my post #77

Someone needs to make up a sign to follow her [Hitlary] around with "When Did You and Your impeached CO-President know about Atta?"

There -- that's better... ;-)

That can’t be good news for Berger.
Here’s hoping he sings like a canary before he has a fatal “accident”.

What are the odds she'll show up with another NYPost and the headline, 'Clinton 9/11 Coverup'!

Berger’s best option would be to tell all he knows and get into the witness protection program as fast as he can.

We need to keep a spotlight on Jamie Gorelick all right, but let's not forget the 9-11 Commission Staffers There are villains here for sure, and they did the leg work.

I agree on the staffers. You have to believe that at least half of the staffers and probably more had, as a key agenda item, the protection of the "Clinton Legacy". By the term "Clinton Legacy" I mean the one that is still being invented not the real one.

OTOH, the staffers certainly had to have some help in burying what should have been the key finding of the 9/11 Commission. How do overlook the very thing that you were looking for and not feel like a complete idiot?

John Lehman where are you? Surely you lurk on Free Republic. Do you feel lile you have been taken for a ride? Wake up. Speak up.

My theory for why the Gorelick "Wall" was created to begin with, at the direction of Clinton.

Clinton didn't want intelligence agencies putting together some things that a lot of us have long suspected. For instance, Kerry and some others in the Democratic party, have let it slip that the plane that went down over Long Island (I'm having a memory lapse on the flight # -880?) was shot down by a missile used by a terrorist.

Also, the Oklahoma City bombing was almost definitely carried out with the help of an Iraqi Republican Guard who has been identified by Jayna Davis in her book The Third Terrorist. Before you think I'm completely nuts, you should know that in that book and in public on television, Clinton's CIA DIrector, James Woolsey, has said that he believes the research in Jayna's book and "the world will owe her a debt of gratitude when the truth is known" about OKC. I have the sourcing for that in my files.

If Clinton had let the various intelligence agencies talk with each other, this would have all slipped out and Americans would have demanded action which would have resulted in war and we all know how much Clinton didn't want that.

He also ignored the terrorist attack on the WTC the first time in 1993.
