The Buchanan wing of the Republican party is gonna' have to take it and accept the fact that, as of now, Rudy can have the Presidency, if he wants it.
There is a large group of people - the middle-roaders - who are socially liberal. They aren't comfortable with Hillary's politics, but respect and can go for Rudy.
Rudy is not a moderate Republican, he is a LIBERAL Republican.

He is ancient history...and was, along with Gary Bauer, a charter member of the sour puss class of Republicans! All three are unelectable to anything except possibly dog catcher.
