CLEARWATER - Michael Schiavo has asked a court to waive the two-year statute of limitations on filing a medical malpractice lawsuit against one or more of his deceased wife's caregivers.
Terri Schiavo, 41, died March 31 after her feeding tube was removed after a seven-year court battle.
Schiavo's attorney in this case, Mark Perenich, said he was not able to discuss the proposed lawsuit behind Tuesday's request for an extension of the two-year statute of limitations.
By law, medical malpractice lawsuits must be filed within two years of the alleged misconduct unless an extension is granted.
In October 2003, Terri Schiavo's feeding tube was removed on court order. Doctors reinserted it on orders from Gov. Jeb Bush.
euthanazi central. BOYCOTT PINELLAS COUNTY for starters.
and SHERIFF EVERETT RICE, HOSPICE MARY LABYAK, THE APPEALS COURTS, THE SUPREME COURTS AND OTHERS helped.
Scientologists believe (1) that a disabled person is in such a state due to his or her own failings, (2) the disabled person will deliberately move in the direction of death, and (3) disabled people (Individuals who score low on the emotional tone scale) will also bring death to those around them. (See L. Ron Hubbard's book, Self Analysis, chapter 4)
One of Scientology's major goals is to change society's views about death, dying.
Indeed, Greer is a longtime crony of various Scientology lawyers. This is a picture of him from years ago.
Here's some more from the founder of Scientology..
"Society, the bulk of which is bent upon survival, fails or refuses to recognize death or the urge of organisms toward it. Society passes laws against murder and suicide. Society provides hospitals. Society carries such people [the disabled] on its back. And society will not hear of euthanasia or "mercy killing." (Self Analysis by L. Ron Hubbard; pg. 28)
Similarly, you don't go to a cardiologist to have the bunions on your feet treated...you go to a podiatrist. Both are physicians, but there the resemblance ends.
George Felos remains one of Michael Schiavo's attorneys of record on the long-open guardianship case (which has not yet been closed by the court, pending official closing of the trust and discharge of the guardian of the property, and the final mandate from the 2nd District Court of Appeal in one of the many appeals filed with them--details, but enough to keep the case open).
LOL! Something about the pot and the kettle...
Those judges didn't look good with hair either in that jpeg. Pinellas County is really the devil's workshop. Pinellas depends on tourist dollars, lots of folks come here from the UK. The UK is going to starve Leslie Burke to death should he become unable to feed himself.
LOL! You are so predictable. Where is the evidence that this is a malpractice lawsuit? I'm waiting and I will apologize if it's proven. But like any obsessed maniac, you just cannot answer the question without the personal attacks.
I noticed that you replied to me, the one person who did not supply the info you were looking for. I merely pointed out that others supplied it, and in keeping with your character, you have ignored them, and refused to keep your word. I'm not surprised. Nor am I surprised by your attempt to turn it around on me, as if your flaws are all my fault.
Michael Schiavo will never be able to rehabilitate his image. His last chance at rehabilitation was when Terri's family begged him to give her back to them. He chose state sponsored murder instead and who nows what drives a person to want to see someone else dead. He's the mud on yesterday's shoe.
Pot, kettle, all that.
Another disrupter arrives, to stir the pot. Do you have anything constructive to say for a change, or did you just show up here for your usual insults?

Notice the lack of trolls on this thread. It must be difficult to distort day after day, week after week. I'm glad they're on break.
Meanwhile, God Bless Terri and her real family. They are all heroes.
I just made a constructive statement, only you don't recognize it.
Regardless of how highly you think of yourself, you're not entitled to make blanket statments about other posters without being unchallenged -- and exposed for what you are.
Nobody with any brains would hire Attorney Feeble.
I was just opining about how nice it was that this thread was troll free. They were late but they have arrived after all! So let me just say that anyone on Michael Schiavo's elite team and the judges who murdered Terri are all SLIME.
That's one of the best "nanny nanny boo boo" responses you've given. Now, do you actually have something to say, or did you just show up to be insulting again?
Agreed. Not to mention the fact they never offer up any facts. They make false allegations, and then play silly games when they're proven wrong.
Do you not comprehend English? I already said you're quite a hyprocrite calling Hildy a disruptor.
Sea life is dying left and right here.
