The affidavit shows Fecteau told investigators he didn't mean the graffiti to be a threat against President Bush.
I would hope that the implicit question was more standard and general, not something specificly and directly related to the crime at hand: "Mr. Fecteau, are you advocating forcible "cornholing" of The President of the United States of America?".
I know several Pubbies who were afraid to push Bush stickers on their car because of being scratched by a Dem. It says a lot about the Dems that Pubbies are afraid of them being vandals.
