I used to format my posts by using the Netscape browser editor.

I would develop what I wanted to see, then view it by the HTML presentation. Then I'd highlight and copy the body without the html heading. It worked nicely.

A newer version? Perhaps FR isn't up to speed with the latest browers stuff? It's just my guess, but browers are changing so fast, they have a team of programmers, where, we just have John.
