That puts it in Federal Court because of different jurisdictions so anyone of us could sue.

If enough Freepers in different states did it, it could be a class action suit.

I am currently working on a propety rights preservation roject in Massachusetts that is taking up all my non-work time.

But it would be very cool if some Freeper would pick up the ball and organize this. I would definitely support and participate in such an effort if someone wanted to organize it.

A class action would have to be done by an attorney. Individual suits could be handled 'pro se' or by the injured party himself without an attorney. It's not that hard. It can't be cause I've done it.

As a fun hobby it could be a project.
