He pointed to a window to his son's room and said he was going back in and try to get his son to the window, as he believed the MOAB could be seen from there and it would do wonders for his son to know what was going on outside the gates.

Wouldn't it do wonders for the troops in Walter Reed to know about this thread! Even the sight of a photo of the MOAB would raise spirits, I'm sure. Who can spread the word? The patients must have computer access in one way or another.
I am guessing they know maica. Several soldiers have walked out and have seen and/or talked with us. We have been photographed with cell phone cameras a number of times that I have noticed, by those leaving WR.
The charter bus filled with our heroes every Friday night are aware of our presence. Also, the wife of a soldier has come by a couple of times and even wrote about us in her blog. One night her husband told her he was tired and told her to go out and check on the FReepers. Maybe the others have more specifics.
