Injured Walter Reed patients, including amputees, have repeatedly told us how important it is for us to be there to counter Code Pink.
If we can sufficiently outnumber the leftists often enough, embarrassment may cause the leftists to stop these outrageous morale-damaging ("Maimed for a lie" is one of their signs) demonstrations at the hospital.
The same FReepers are doing almost all of the these FReeps. We do so gladly as a labor of love for our brave troops fighting terrorists over there, instead of waiting for the terrorists to come here. We FReep especially for those wounded in combat. However, some FReepers' family vacations or other obligations may prevent some of them from coming this next Friday.
Our troops are bold enough to face bullets, mortars, IEDs, and suicide bombers. Are you bold enough to get out from behind the keyboard, FReep in person, and stand up for the wounded troops at Walter Reed?

Code Pink had their token grieving mom (Cindy Sheehan) set up her "spontaneous" anti-war protest of President Bush at his Crawford, TX ranch over the weekend. While the press fawned over her, the Vultures of Code Pink set about taking the lead position in the protest, with this Press Release about their solidarity hunger strike. Code Pink now has their banners in place at "Camp Casey."
Folks, Code Pink, along with their comrades in Military Families Speak Out, Iraq Veterans Against the War and other leftist organizations, are working busily across the US - trolling for grieving family members of KIA soldiers and for wounded soldiers' families and even the soldiers themselves.
These groups are led by pros. They seek out the people who are at their weakest, who are experiencing the expected emotions that occur when a loved one is gravely wounded, or when one is wounded himself (herself). The evil pros, such as Medea Benjamin, Gael Murphy and others have learned well the ways of psychological warfare, and all they need is one grieving mother, or sister, or a soldier to trot out before the MSM's obliging cameras.
If you are anywhere near DC this Friday, please come stand with us against the opportunistic commies of Code Pink.
And if you can't come to DC, find out what they are doing in your area, and stand against them. Let them know that our soldiers and their families are off-limits to their bloody plans.
Last winter Code Pink donated $650,000 to the people who are killing our soldiers. They help to kill our soldiers and then they take advantage of the families of those they helped kill.
