Does it strike anyone, as it does me, as profoundly significant that in less than a year, all three alphabet anchors have gone away?
I always thought Brokaw had the edge on some sort of degree of integrity. He was the only one who escaped by natural means, unscathed by dishonor or death. But that's not saying much for the lot of them.
