These people hide behind religion as an excuse to preach hate and incite murder ... time to get tough and I am proud of Blair for taking a stand. Bush needs to follow suit, and I am sure that if another major attack happens in American, he will.

Bush knows. Let's not forget, there has not been a successful attack in America since 9-11. He responded to 9-11 with taking out the governments in both Afghanistan and Iraq, Lebanon has come clean and both Syria and Iran are in the crosshairs. The next attack could see some BIG changes in the way the U.S. deals with this "religion".

Yeah, I know and agree. Why should we wait for the "next one"? It's all political which is ridiculous, this is a war. It's a tough call for Bush and I keep wondering when the kid gloves will come off. I think he responded appropriately to 9-11 but we all know this "religion" is getting out of control and we need to be proactive, not reactive. It's frustrating for us and for him too, I guess.

As shown by what? I have not heard Bush promising to seal the borders, round up illegal immigrants, close mosques, withdraw CASH support of the PA, seal Iran/Iraq border, or anything else that would show he was given a strong tongue lashing by Blair.
It is still peace with the religion of peace time here in the USA.
whew ... wish we could do this now. Problem is Bush is cowtowing to the PC crowd instead of doing what he said he would do ... get the persons and/or nations doing this or helping those that do. I understand why he can't do this, but sometimes we need to do what is not popular to protect ourselves. Like I said earlier, it's a frustrating situation.
