Here's a part of the interview on Fox about the number of attorneys. Seems to be some confusion here. At the least, there are 9.
Brett: Beth we heard that Juron had 9 atty's at first and now we're hearing 15? What do you know about this and what are your thoughts about it?
Beth: You're exactly right. I had heard 15 but then when we actually counted them I believe there are 9. You know there again I'm thinking what are these 9 lawyers choosing..who are they protecting? It's certainly not protecting the integrity of Aruba by defending this 'predator'..I just don't understand.

Here's another bit from Beth. I do believe she's ready to fight to the death, any and all comers. She's taking on the big boys.
Beth on Fox News:
You know when I drive through the streets on August the 5th and see all the officials out campaigning for the upcoming elections, and I'm thinking, you know I hope that they're putting some focus on protecting the integrity of Aruba and if that's the country that they're choosing to represent, that's kind of what I'm focusing on.

When Jug announced the reward increase for Natalee's whereabouts, I wondered if they had some kind of confirmation? And if they'll let everything go now or on September 4th?

Since I've already talked to myself tonight, I'll continue. I've seen the question before but not an answer. Does Beth have body guards with her?

That's a pretty powerful statement.

RGVTx, I'm getting kind of dense (holding my eyes open watching the Shuttle and following this thread) but is Beth getting a bead on any of the candidates when she says what she said above or is there something else she is referring to?

I'd guess she is stating that the current administration-staus quo is corrupt and than they need a change..I wonder if Jossy is leading her this way for his own purposes or for altruistic reasons..

Hmmmmm...well, that is an interesting thought. Thanks, rolling_stone!

RS, that sounds about right, except there seems to be more of a threat. Maybe a little political blackmail?
There is really no telling what all Beth has in the way of evidence of corruption. Seeing that she's got documents from the official investigation, anything is possible.
Will Beth give them death by a thousand cuts or will she slay them all at once if Joran is not charged? Looks like the beginning of a thousand cuts, for now.

I don't know the answer to your question. I doubt Beth is alone much.
Hey, if you're still here talking with yourself when everyone has gone, would you please clean up the broken furniture and straighten the place up before TexKat checks in us?

Regarding your previous post about a thousand cuts....Beth is incredibly media savvy...I think letting things come out slowly will also keep the hook in for the media to continue to keep on the story. I was re-watching the interview with Beth, there's definitely a different almost smoldering anger with her now.

It will be interesting, she was ticked off the other night saying she wrote to something like 6 officials and no one responded -(july 15th?)....you can only push people so far, and I would not like the HT's as my enemy...they are fighting like superman (& superwoman!)for Truth Justice and the American way...I don't think Aruba has any Kryptonite...night all..
