If the school is completely private and receives no taxpayer funding whatsoever, then the school should be free to set whatever admissions policy it feels is just.

It is interesting in this case, because I have been to these schools, and they are very rich with every facility a student of teacher could desire. The kids enroll in grade K and matriculate to graduation with the same kids. Obviously a school system anyone would want their kids in. When I was there I was unaware that it was native only. It looks like Political Correctness may not have made an inroad on the islands.
