BUSH IMPEACHMENT IN THE WORKS
Loose-Lipped Hillary Operative Spills the Beans at Town Hall Meeting
Posted by Richard Poe @ Sunday 7 August 2005, 8:57 am

The Impeach Bush crowd is warming up for the big event.  Democrat congressman Maurice Hinchey of New York — a Hillary operative notorious for his loose lips — provided some useful insights into the Democrats’ impeachment strategy in remarks delivered at a July 30 town hall meeting in Ithaca, New York.

Citing the Downing Street memos and the Plamegate controversy, Hinchey stated in a public forum at Ithaca’s Town Hall, “My greatest hope is that all of these things will be revealed, they will be revealed in a very direct and legal context, and that in 2006 a Democratic majority will be elected to the House of Representatives, and in February of 2006 impeachment proceedings will begin.”

Hinchey, an ultra-left Democrat, represents New York’s 22nd Congressional District, which encompasses Cornell University and the artists’ colony at Woodstock, New York, scene of the 1969 music festival enshrined in countercultural legend.

Like Hillary in her 2000 Senate race, Hinchey was cross-endorsed in the 2004 election by the far-left Working Families Party — a front group for the radical cult ACORN, which ACORN established in New York in 1998.

They hate Bush with such a frenzy they think its their ticket back to power. The good news is the last three elections taught people like Maurice Hinckley nothing. I'd love to see the look on their faces when they discover they're still in the minority in 2007.

I thank YOU for your clear vision. You put it into a clear, direct perspective for me. It was in no way a rant. It was a lesson, a learning experience for me put into a few very direct paragraphs. Thank you again, and my best wishes.

I read on your home page:

I'm considering adding to my apartment door, in those nice metal letters, "The Gringos".

I also suggest a sign that says "Perro Bravo" even if you don't have a dog. Latins are scared to death of dogs. For Latins, there is nothing worse than a dog bite. I don't know why, but it is.

COEXER is right. If you go to the UFW wabsite, they trace congressional negotiations on AgJobs back into the 90s. When Bush entered office, immigration reform was on his agenda and Congress agreed to make futher effort to create legislation. It was taken off the table because of 9-11 and the war. As that was taken care of, Congress began working on reform again.

No, Coercer wasn't. AgJobs was reformulated at least six different ways but always came up screaming AMNESTY. I kept up with all that weaseling. AgJobs is a loser because it "demands" vague loopholes that are harmful to our country, number one being allowing extended family members in on the fast-track to citizenship. In Latino society almost everyone is interrelated somehow, so how is that a guarantee those individuals will be productive and not a drain on our already strained support system? Not asking that is far more Democrat than Republican.

AgJobs was amnesty dressed up in commerce-interest clothing. The strong breeze of truth made it naked. Cheer up - you always have next year.

Perhaps you should send a hit squad. I live in Nashville, Tennessee, Lincoya Bay Apartments. I'd so much rather take care of your problems in a way that they can be resolved in decisive manner rather than this backbiting. Tell them I'm gettig old and slow (heh heh heh).

Zzzzz... wake me when they come up with something relevant. If Hinchey is known to have loose lips then he was set loose to throw red herrings out the back door.

I don't know specifically what your views on immigration reform are but assume yours are similar to the vast majority at FR.

There are now 3 bills on reform in congress and since each of them have provisions for a guest worker program and none of them call for round-ups and deportation I would guess that you support none of them.

Once again, none of these bills have enough votes to pass.

I love how the Dems are squealing and squirming. What I don't like, however, is how this thread went to hell in a handbasket.

The 'yawning masses' are much more interested in their Social Security than they are with border issues. EVERYONE has to deal with Soc. Sec., not everyone lives near a border, nor does everyone feel their livelihood threatened by illegal immigration.

ROFL - I live in Missouri!

The Kyle-Cornyn was the closest to respectability but none of the bills addressed or mandated shoring up our weak border barriers first and foremost. Common sense dictates we cut off the source of several problems before focusing on internal security. Using illegal aliens to build the barrier would send a strong message Southward that we're no longer bending forward in the take-it position.

Without pressure back on those countries they have no incentive to improve. Letting our country serve as a "pressure release valve" not only harms our own citizens but encourages the corrupt regimes dependent on parasitic remmitance monies to continue screwing their own citizens on our dime. We have to shut this off or be forever labeled a greedy participant in third-world country's profiteering schemes. Unlike us, they don't use any of it to reinvest, develop or improve. Every bit raked off goes to personal fortunes protected by their bought and payed for governments.

Those of us who are loyal Republicans know full well that the Tancredo crowd just can't wait to ally with the moonbat Left to attack our President and help elect Hillary. Fortunately, the anti-Bush Tancredo-loving RINOS don't have the numbers to bother the President even if they do break bread with the 'Rats.

What a bizarre post. I think you will find the Tancredo crowd (me) more in line with the Gingrich crowd than the Clinton crowd. McCain is the poster boy for RINO and his stance on the border is certainly not akin to Tancredo's.

The Tancredo crowd - to me - is Freedom loving, limited government, Second Ammendment purist, minimal government, capitalist, patriotic, pro defense, Iraq and Afghanistan war supporters, constitutionalist judge loving, and anti Roe v. Wade.

I support both the Afghan and Iraq wars, but to use 9/11 as a rationale for both purely justified actions and to not secure our own border is not linear.

Look, guy - I'm just a middle-now-lower class loser spouting off in a rage. Millions of citizens would be saying the same if they weren't so cowed by Political Correctness or weren't just plain beaten down to submission.

Actually, your right. People should speak up more. Why am I fightng for them when they just lay there and take a beating?

Seriously, got to run to work(s) now. Keep up your activism...you inspire more than you know.

You are more interested in picking a fight than trying to comprehend what was said.

Obviously, reason, fact and logic have no place for a single issue cult-member who launches into personal attacks.
