O.k. cite for me all of the incriminating information you have, show the locations of any transoceanic cables in that area and tell us how aa rescue sub on sceduled maneuvers in a war game is going to carry out such technical work at 600 feet.

Wires in that area are theirs, they are in close proximity to a sub base. Do you have any specific cites or information to indicate otherwise?
