Has anyone else notice an increase in incidents closing entire roads? I'm not talking about standard accidents, but crazy stuff like the Spanish Fork explosion. Just yesterday a stretch of I-64 was jammed up when a dumptruck with its dumper open smacked an overhead sign and brought it down across the roadway. It closed I-64 Eastbound in Norfolk for several hours.
