AD - I noticed something this morning that I hadn't seen before -- the National Guardsmen were gathered outside Penn Station in groups of 5 and..... they were wearing protective vests over their uniforms.

Heard a blurb on FOX news that there was some exercise going on (didn't hear where) about a simulated chemical release in a subway. Could this have been part of that exercise? I sure hope so, but I'm with ExSoldier. Something evil is on the way.
