DOT Office of Inspector General - Recent Criminal Investigations
Item: Connecticut Man Draws 46-Month Prison Term for Sneaking Undeclared Ammonia on
Commercial Flight
Date: April 29, 2004
Type: Investigation
Summary: Bernard Williams of Norwalk, CT, drew a 46-month prison term and a $7,500 fine from a U.S. District Court
judge in Brooklyn, NY, for recklessly delivering two undeclared cartons of ammonia for transport on a commercial
flight. Williams was convicted in July 2003 for declaring that two cardboard boxes which he checked on a February
15, 2002 flight from Fort Myers, FL to New York City, contained kitty litter when they contained 13 bottles of
ammonia. During the flight, one of the bottles broke, causing 28 passengers, including a seven-week-old infant, to
become ill. The infant had to be hospitalized. Williams was also ordered to pay $600 in restitution and will serve 36
month on probation following his jail term.
Could this have a bearing on all the planes that fall out of the sky???

Title:
Second Manager for Michigan Aircraft Parts Manufacturing
Company Pleads Guilty in Case Involving Nonconforming
Parts for Military Aircraft
Date:
July, 25 2005
Type:
Investigation
Summary:
On July 25, Barbara McCoy, a former quality assurance
manager for Anco-Tech, Inc. (ANCO), Dearborn Heights,
MI, pled guilty in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia, PA to
four counts of aiding and abetting the issuance of false
certificates of conformance on titanium tubing which was
used in the production of V-22 Osprey helicopters. ANCO,
which went out of business in 2002, manufactured
seamless titanium tubing used in various flight-critical and
non-critical military and commercial aerospace
applications, including hydraulic systems. The certificates
falsely certified that the tubing had been manufactured
and inspected in accordance with specifications, when in
facts, required testing and inspection had not been done.
Elaine Slomsky, another quality assurance manager for
ANCO, pled guilty in June 2005 to making false
statements by signing false certificates of conformance.
On June 7, 2005, ANCO and two of the firms former
executives were charged by a grand jury with multiple
counts of conspiracy, aircraft parts fraud and mail fraud
related to the titanium tubing used on commercial
aircraft. This ongoing investigation is being conducted
with DCIS and NCIS. There have been no reported aircraft
accidents or malfunctions attributable to the
nonconforming titanium tubing, but FAA is considering
issuing a safety alert to the commercial aviation industry.
Note: The charges contained in the indictment(s) are
allegations and the defendant(s) are presumed innocent
unless and until proven guilty.

I think that after digging around on this site, I have to issue a warning to not get on airplanes.
We do not need terrorists, we have enough fools, shipping all kinds of hazmat shipments, under false labels.
Then there is the repair work..........

LOL, my computer won't let me see what I started the search with, but it was your FR muslim thread.
This is the ASU muslim group 1997, I cannot see to read the names, and won't remember them anyway. But there are some there that I have seen before............
Where is the group today? They were into raising lots of money in 1997.
http://lists.asu.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A2=ind9704b&L=muslims&T=0&F=&S=&P=62
Main page:
http://lists.asu.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A0=muslims&T=0
I searched for the word: muslim
and got 20 college student lists.
try your words and see where you go, there are thousands of groups to search.
http://www.lsoft.com/lists/list_q.html
Another post by Haleemes, the writer of the FR thread on muslims, the call to war, I would think that he is a muslim-communist from this post of 9-23-2001.
http://66.102.7.104/search?q=cache:d92fguK_nn8J:listserv.dom.edu/cgi-bin/wa.exe%3FA2%3Dind0109%26L%3Dstumpers-l%26D%3D0%26O%3DD%26P%3D96394+haleemas&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&client=googlet
On the above, I clicked on the link at the very bottom of the page, it took me to a page of info on the lists available and if you look at 'country' you get a list of servers. I looked at Canada. Noted that it says some countries choose to not be listed on the server list.
My google search:

Hey don't blame me, Cindy posted the link to the FR thread on the muslim call to war.......LOL
