Where in the h@(( are the swat teams or National Guard? What the H@(( is going on that thugs are taking control? Someone pretty high up needs to be making some powerful statements about what happens to those breaking the law in the flood ravaged areas and there should be NO MERCY for them - it it means a bullet to stop them, then thats what needs to be done. Enough is enough!
