Counterfeit drugs have also been made or distributed in the USA
SNIPThe majority of drugs sold in state-licensed American pharmacies are manufactured in Puerto Rico, with backup facilities in the U.S. and elsewhere, says McGinnis. "The FDA goes to these manufacturing facilities, no matter where it is in world, and inspects it to make sure there's the right active ingredients and right equipment to make the product. We monitor the shipment and storage, we monitor the product from warehouse to pharmacy. We're comfortable with products sold in the U.S."
Thanks for the crash info.
Yes, this group was a part of the "British invasion"
Thanks Davey
What did the pharmacist say?
I remember those days of going back to work after a fun filled weekend, hoping for a rest until the next weekend (smiling).
Yeah, they're pretty good at cleanup.
Hurricanes, tornadoes, bombed buildings....
Checking out your CAIR links and blood pressure rising. CAIR and the ACLU need to be made to understand they are walking on shaky ground. They are both as anti-American as any terrorist organization could be. Organizations preaching hatred on our soil ARE a definitive potential cause of terrorism. This is NOT a hot potato. Let them proselytize from terrorist soil, not ours.
Whoa!

Not surprising at all and only one step away from the terrorists who are on welfare (various news articles -- re London).
Didn't realizie it until I got home. I opened them and thought boy these look different. Compared them with the few I had left from the last prescription and they were. They always label the brand name on the bottle to goggled it and found out they were made from a pharmacy company in India RanBAXY. I will be honest I wasn't too sure about taking them. What a way to get at american people if the terrorists wanted to using prescription drugs.

Don't take them.
Call the pharmacist tomorrow and request and explanation.
I'd love to hear how it turns out.
PESHAWAR: The military arrested 10 suspected terrorists and found a large quantity of weapons in a raid on a seminary in North Waziristan Agency, a military statement said on Monday.
The weapons cache was found in a deserted compound which appeared to be a madrassa in Dandi Kuch, 11 kilometres northwest of Miranshah. It included grenades and machineguns, commando uniforms, as well as womens clothes and wigs, the statement said. Seven suspects were arrested in the Mera Din area of the Shawal Valley and another three in other parts of North Waziristan close to the Afghan border, said the statement. The identity of those arrested could not immediately be established, the statement said, adding that they had been handed over to intelligence agencies for interrogation.
A military official, on condition of anonymity, told Daily Times that all the arrested suspects were aged between 18 and 25 years. We dont know yet if they are foreigners or not, he said. The military statement said that the compound was being used as a terrorist den and security forces carried out the search on information by local residents. The madrassa had been established in an unpopulated location and is an attempt by terrorists to use the cover of religious places for sabotage activities, the military said.
A security official told Daily Times that terrorists, especially foreigners, were using womens costumes to dodge security forces.
Online adds: Unidentified men blew up the main telephone line in Wana town on Monday, affecting almost 1,000 telephone lines in the restive South Waziristan Agency. However, the blast caused no casualties. Political administration officials said that saboteurs had planted a powerful bomb near the telephone exchange in Wana bazaar the other night which had disrupted the telecommunication link in the area.

DIRECTOR MUELLER TO CYBER PROFESSIONALS:
Report Your Hacks!
08/12/05
One in five. Thats how many businesses, universities, and government agencies said they reported their computer intrusions to law enforcement in the 2005 cyber survey conducted by the Computer Security Institute and the FBI.
On Tuesday, Director Mueller talked about it in a speech at the annual national conference of InfraGard, a nearly decade-old partnership between the Bureau and the private sector.
We know that [businesses] have practical concerns about reporting breaches of security, Mueller said. But we must find a way to stop these attacks. Maintaining a code of silence will not benefit you or your company in the long run.
He offered some sobering ways hackers have wreaked havoc on critical infrastructure:
In Australia, a hacker accessed an online sewage control system and released 250 million tons of raw sewage onto the grounds of a public space.
In Russia, hackers took control of a gas pipeline through an electronic control system.
In Ohio, a computer virus infected computers in a nuclear power plant, disrupting safety systems for five hours.
At the same time, Mueller thanked the 11,225 members of the InfraGard network and strongly praised their efforts, calling the program one of our most important links to the private sector.
From our perspective, [you give us] 11, 000 contacts
and 11,000 partners in our mission to protect America, Mueller said. We recognize that in certain areas we lack the expertise you possess. That is why we need your help.
What kinds of help have InfraGard members given to the FBI and its partners? The Director cited just a few examples:
In Colorado, an InfraGard member notified us that computer software templates used by U.S. energy companies had been stolen.
In Phoenix, our investigators turned to InfraGard members for information about a high-tech issue while working on a highly sensitive counterterrorism case.
In San Francisco, InfraGard members briefed our agents and analysts on risks associated with power grids, air traffic control, and chemical and nuclear facilities.
While shopping, another InfraGard member noticed individuals buying items that could be used to make a bomb. He took down the license plate number of their car and called authorities, who later told him his hunch was right.
Success stories like these reinforce the need for vigilance and cooperation, Mueller said. Working side-by-side is not just the best option, it is the only option.

Market St. Bridge, that's an interesting one Vel, thanks.
I have no doubt the jhadi's have hackers in their ranks. Good article, thanks Cindy.
Personally, I see no difference between CAIR and the ACLU.
