And it is bound to get worse in the next few years with the influx of illegal aliens in the outlying Va. & MD. suburbs. Just observing the re-cyling pick-ups going past heavy hispanic areas I noticed that there were no (nada, zero, zip, zilch) newspapers being loaded. I pulled in for a morning coffee and noticed the recycling crew in the same lot. I asked the driver if what I thought I had observed was true. He said,"Yup, but the beer bottle gain still makes for a full load. So the subscriber base is going down the tubes and the advertising rates have to follow. But there be more drunken illegal illitrates to vote the dem party line.
