Um, first question, what was the child doing in the washer in the first place, ahem, anyone, anyone???????? Where does she get off suing the manufacturer? I can't stand these idiot lawsuits and the assinine lawyers that take them.
This was posted a few weeks ago. I asked the same question--what was the 5 year old doing in the washing machine? Who put her there?
There have been a couple of other articles posted.
Mom left the 5 yr old and the 14 yr old at the laundry.
14 yr old put the child in the washer.
Don't know if it was malicious or just stupid.
But the teen did it.
