I was approached by a friend to join an organization supposedly geared to provide final honor rites to deceased US Veterans, since lately those services have been "bareboned". Can anyone provide me information on the United States Volunteers Joint Services Command?
Seeming to be a worthy endeavor, your opinions, your experiences could be helpful, as I think I would like to participate.
Of course, with knowledge on the subject....;-)
Do you know how to use a Search Engine?
Apparently you missed the "your opinions, your experiences could be helpful", since search engines don't reflect the opinions of fellow FReepers and results from those searches can be conflicting and/or misleading.

You can always join and if it doesn't meet your expectations, resign.
