What???? My suggestion is for all muslims to reflect on just where it is in the world that they can engage in political dissent. It certainly is not anywhere in the muslim world, except Iraq today, only because the US has freed it from tyranny. Islam is not compatible with political freedom, any more than Nazism or Communism were.
Muslims need to understand they cannot have things both ways - they cannot remain unassimilated yet feel entitled to political legitimacy. That is Europe's big quandary now - the massive unassimilated muslim populations within their borders.
Since when is inciting dummies to blow up innocent civilians and themselves legitimate?
And we all know that Islam is all about encouraging healthy political dissent!
