If CNN's standards and practices mean anything, they have to fire Novak. At the same time, this will hurt them and they deserve it for hiring a creep like Carville.I expect they will anyway, even if their standards and practices mean nothing to them (which is probably the case anyway). The MSM will never forgive Novak for his role in the Plame leak, and they will sieze on any excuse they can to drum him out of their club and totally discredit him. This'll probably be the excuse they'll use.

I've suspended Novak from my personal list of "got to watch or read". He's been sucked into a morass he doesn't understand, given his stance on protect-thy-source. Screw him.
