I always knew the dems were low and slimy creatures, but this is the worst. This has a Clinton stink all over it.

I question the integrity of adoption records in some of these countries know for their corruption.

Also less of a chance lawyers will be suing you for parental rights. That too

You may be on to something. This could be a strategy to make it so difficult for his family that Roberts will withdraw. There is nothing that the left will not do to win and the GOP needs to understand that this is war and they must publicly and forcefully expose this tawdry tactic.

Yeah there's no reason for this to get out of hand but be sure the liberals will go down to the depths. You'll never see this kind of talk amongst liberals that's for sure.

in the past we've bombarded the subscription line/phone number....continually calling then hanging-up or telling them what we think before hanging up....that DEFINITELY sends a message!

Wow, that is really eye-opening to me, and I thought I knew a lot. Well, I do I guess, now I just know more than I did before! Cool! I really had no idea about all the different ethnic groups there were to the South. Do the typically speak Spanish or are they fluent in multiple languages?
Thanx for the lesson.

I think the problem that the NY Times has with adopted children is that they're not sure what it exactly means. "Adoption" is a word they are unfamiliar with. All of their unwanted children are just murdered.

Since the Roberts adopted through this country and the children became American Citizens shortly after arriving in the states, their adoption is protected just as any domestic adoption would be.

I also sent an email to Latin America Parents Association (LAPA) asking them to issue a press release against prying into sealed, confidential adoptions records in general and adoptions from Latin American countries in particular. If you want to check out their website:
http://www.lapa.org
I know someone who belongs to this organization, they are a very good group.

...it's the knock at the door from some relative and their lawyer three or four or five years later who wants the child back. Exactly why dear friends of mine won't adopt. As much as they want a child, they will not take the chance.

Well I am sure that the Republican official was just shocked that the Slimes would go after Children! I was! Although I guess I shouldn't be shocked by anything the left and MSM does anymore. :(

Answering machine. I let them know that I was highly upset by this and that I would do everything in my power, using all assets at my disposal (namely Free Republic) to let others who may not be aware of this situation, know exactly what the NYT is all about. I mean, c'mon man, you just don't go after the kids. That is just plain wrong. Or words to that effect.

Too many people are under the impression that all Latin Americans are short and brown. Sometimes you'll see illegals that aren't even Mestizos - pure Indian. In fact, there was one the other day down at the beach that had the whole Guatemala thing going on - 16-18 y.o., 2 year y.o. baby by hand, newborn in a sling, rifling through the garbage cans.
Speaking of lucious European/Latin America babes, just check out the novelas on the Spanish speaking networks. Ay carumba - how come they're not coming over the border?
And speaking of Miami - I knew a fair skinned Irish guy that never had so much luck as with darker skinned Sur Americanos.
