Canada doesn't allow people to arm themselves at all. The provincial government of Alberta refuses to enforce any national gun laws -- even to the extent that a couple of members of the Alberta legislature make a point of carrying their handguns to work every day in Edmonton.

That's all irrelevant anyway, since I ain't a Canadian. LOL.
