Puerto Rico--like the District of Columbia, the Virgin Islands, and Guam--is not a "state" within the meaning of the Constitution

To Pureto Rico: Become a state, or butt out. You can't have it both ways.

Pretty much agreed, I'll go one step farther though, all U.S. territories (American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Midway, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands) should be made states or let go. Give them all 2 years to debate and hold local elections, if they want in great, otherwise bye bye..

I understand the whole D.C. thing though, I guess I'll let them stay :)
