The CCP Gambles Insanely to Avoid Death (Part I)
Epoch Times ^ | Aug. 3, 2005 | San Renxing

Posted on 08/03/2005 1:16:42 PM PDT by wesley_windam-price

In a show of strength to save itself from demise, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) rolled out its sinister plan prepared for years, a plan in which the Party makes an insane gamble from its deathbed. It did so in the form of a “speech” posted on the Internet (see Boxun.com of April 23, 2005). The “speech” consists of two parts: “The War Is Approaching Us” and “The War Is Not Far from Us and Is the Midwife of the Chinese Century.” The two, judging from their echoing contexts and consistent theme, are indeed sister articles.

The “speech” describes in a comprehensive, systematic, and detailed way nearly 20 years of the CCP’s fear and helplessness over its doomed fate and its desperate fight to stave off death. In particular, the “speech” uncharacteristically lays bare what is really on the CCP’s mind and hides nothing from the public—a rare confession from the CCP that could help people understand its evil nature. If one truly understands what is said in this confession, the CCP’s thinking is plainly visible to the naked eye.

In short, the “speech” is worth reading and a comment.

1. When the rogue gambles with the world as his stake, people’s lives in the global village become worthless

What, then, is the gist of this sinister plan of insane gambling on the deathbed? It can be summarized as “a beast at bay is fighting humanity for survival.” To reinforce your belief, please read the following excerpts from the “speech.”

1) “We must prepare ourselves for two scenarios. If our biological weapons succeed in the surprise attack (on the US), the Chinese people will be able to keep their loss at a minimum in the fight against the U.S. If, however, the attack fails and triggers a nuclear retaliation from the U.S., China would perhaps suffer a catastrophe in which more than half of its population would perish. That is why we need to be ready with air defense systems for our big and medium-sized cities. Whatever the case may be, we can only move forward fearlessly for the sake of our Party and state and our nation’s future, regardless of the hardships we have to face and the sacrifices we have to make. The population, even if more than half dies, can be reproduced. But if the Party falls, everything is gone, and forever gone! ”

2) “In any event, we, the CCP, will never step down from the stage of history! We’d rather have the whole world, or even the entire globe, share life and death with us than step down from the stage of history!!! Isn’t there a ‘nuclear bondage’ theory? It means that since the nuclear weapons have bound the security of the entire world, all will die together if death is inevitable. In my view, there is another kind of bondage, and that is, the fate our Party is tied up with that of the whole world. If we, the CCP, are over, China will be over, and the world will be over.”

3) “It is indeed brutal to kill one or two hundred million Americans. But that is the only path that will secure a Chinese century, a century in which the CCP leads the world. We, as revolutionary humanitarians, do not want deaths. But if history confronts us with a choice between deaths of Chinese and those of Americans, we’d have to pick the latter, as, for us, it is more important to safeguard the lives of the Chinese people and the life of our Party. That is because, after all, we are Chinese and members of the CCP. Since the day we joined the CCP, the Party’s life has always been above all else!”

Since the Party’s life is “above all else,” it would not be surprising if the CCP resorts to the use of biological, chemical, and nuclear weapons in its attempt to postpone its life. The CCP, that disregards human life, would not hesitate to kill two hundred million Americans, coupled with seven or eight hundred million Chinese, to achieve its ends. The “speech,” free of all disguises, lets the public see the CCP for what it really is: with evil filling its every cell, the CCP intends to fight all of mankind in its desperate attempt to cling to life. And that is the theme of the “speech.”

The theme is murderous and utterly evil. We did witness in China beggars who demanded money from people by threatening to stab themselves with knives or prick their throats on long nails. But we have never, until now, seen a rogue who blackmails the world to die with it by wielding biological, chemical, and nuclear weapons. Anyhow, the bloody confession affirmed the CCP’s bloodiness: a monstrous murderer, who has killed 80 million Chinese people, now plans to hold one billion people hostage and gamble with their lives.

As the CCP is known to be a clique with a closed system, it is extraordinary for it to reveal its top secret on its own. One might ask: what is the CCP’s purpose to make public its gambling plan on its deathbed? The answer is: the “speech” would have the effect of killing three birds with one stone. Its intentions are the following:

Expressing the CCP’s resolve that it “not be buried by either heaven or earth” (direct quote from the “speech”). But then, isn’t the CCP opposed to the universe if it claims not to be buried by heaven and earth?

Feeling the urgent need to harden its image as a soft egg in the face of the Nine Commentaries.

Preparing publicity for its final battle with mankind by threatening war and trumpeting violence.

So, strictly speaking, what the CCP has leaked out is more of an attempt to clutch at straws to save its life rather than to launch a trial balloon.

Of course, the way the “speech” was presented had been carefully prepared. It did not have a usual opening or ending, and the audience, time, place, and background related to the “speech” were all kept unidentified. One may speculate or imagine as one may, but never verify. The aim was obviously to create a mysterious setting. In short, the “speech” came out as something one finds difficult to tell whether it is false or true.

2. Did the “speech” come from the CCP?

Nevertheless, the “speech” far exceeds the imagination of any normal person. Unable to believe in the existence of such wickedness in the human world no matter how they stretch their imagination, people would rather think the “speech” “cannot be true” or “it’s not to be believed.” That way, they may have a sense of security to say the least by negating it. One of my friends sent me a book by an author serving at the pleasure of the CCP entitled On the Peaceful Rise. In an attached note my friend wrote in a conversational tone, “this (On the Peaceful Rise) truly represents the mainstream thinking of the CCP today!”

So, it looks unavoidable to seriously answer the question as to whether the “speech” is authentic, or whether the “speech” represents the CCP’s mainstream thinking, its intention, and its gambling plan on its deathbed. Otherwise, in the rosy imaginations of kind-hearted people, the CCP would be like a gas-saving lamp that will burn out gradually and quietly, without adding trouble to mankind or bringing disaster to the world. If that will be the case, the world and its people are really in luck!

However, the founder of Falun Gong, in referring to the CCP and its wicked affiliates, concludes, “It is bad, it is venomous and it is wicked. If you ask it not to poison others, it, like a poison, can’t.” Can that observation be just a casual statement? The Nine Commentaries categorizes the CCP as a force against the universe, an evil cult, and a rogue. Can that just be poking fun?

On the other hand, if the answer is positive, meaning that the CCP can be unequivocally confirmed to be the origin of the “speech,” which indeed represents the CCP’s mainstream thinking, that answer will sound a warning to people all over the world. To put it more precisely, an affirmation of the “speech” as authentic amounts to incriminating the CCP by asking it to show its evilness and testify for the Nine Commentaries in its capacity as a force against humanity.

There are indeed quite a number of Chinese who, like the first patients with Stockholm syndrome who sincerely defended their abductors, would listen to nothing, not even the truth, but the lies from the CCP. They would only feel safe when they are controlled and manipulated by the evil. They would say: at least, it’s not a rise through war!

Are there any good methods to make those who don’t believe that an aggressive dog would attack people change their minds? A destructive experiment such as urging the dog to attack and create a gruesome scene is certainly not one of them. Such an experiment would be as though good people, failing to persuade others to do good, should just as well urge the wicked people to do evil.

Is the CCP really not as bad as what the Nine Commentaries describes?! Has it really changed from being evil into being good?! Be aware of this: uncovering a lie by the liar himself is the unique solution to all lies!

3. The evil specter is not interested in Taiwan; the Taiwan debate is but a last-ditch effort to escape the CCP’s predicament

Based on the reasons above, I will focus on verifying the authenticity of the speech.

Looking at the speech in isolation, the words and logic both reflect deep understanding of the “Party culture” represented by Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao. Also mixed in are the fascist teachings of He Xin, a new favoriate of the CCP’s.

For example, the speech cited Mao’s ideas of leading the allies to victory, “When they benefit from alliance with you, they will support you”, to defend the ‘Three Represents.” proposed by Jiang Zemin. This is a very faithful interpretation stemming from the unscrupulous culture of the CCP.

The speech also says, “The population, even if more than half dies, can be reproduced. But if the Party falls, everything is gone, and forever gone!” This is almost identical to Mao’s theory on nuclear war, where he suggested killing half of the Chinese people and leaving the other 300 million to build communism. The only difference is that during the Mao era, they didn’t sense the urgency of the looming end of their regime.

Some people might think that we can’t establish the authenticity of the speech just because Mao said something similar. Coincidently, at this critical moment, Professor Zhu Chenghu of the National Defense University jumped out and announced to the world very loudly that if the Untied States got involved in a war between Taiwan and Mainland China, China would be the first to use nuclear weapons and wipe out hundreds of cities in the United States, even at the cost of losing every city east of Xi’An. His private speeches further revealed that the CCP will store enough nuclear weapons to destroy half of the human race; everyone is afraid of death and hopes others could die instead of themselves. Fortunately for high-level CCP officials, nuclear-weapon-proof structures have been built in western China and are ready to be used as soon as the CCP plans to initiate a nuclear attack.

Professor Zhu was just endearing! Despite most people’s unrealistic fantasies about the CCP, he showed what the CCP is really about and authenticated the speech given by Chi. Zhu taught every citizen of the world to be cautious and not to forget that the blood-thirsty monster is grinding his teeth. He taught politicians and businessmen in Western countries not to forget their conscience in the face of self interest, and not to infuse blood into the beast in exchange for the grains of gold between the beast’s teeth, which hurts both others and themselves. Zhu also taught every citizen of the world to always remember the following:

1). A low-ranking general would not say such arrogant things without the implicit approval of the CCP’s board of directors;

2). Zhu’s statement of “blasting into flat land,” and mentioning “disable the United States” and “clear the stage of the United States” in the speech all mean the same thing. Before, you could say the speech was made behind closed doors, and was only available on the Internet. Therefore, it could not be used as evidence. Now, however, the military has jumped to the front stage and spoken in broad daylight. Ironically, it exposed its own lies, such as China’s “peaceful advance” and “representing the people’s interest.”

3). Blasting all cities east of Xi’An and hundreds of cities in the United States into flat land and killing about one billion people using nuclear weapons are consistent with the illustration and expression in the speech of the principle that the Party’s existence is the most important. In terms of brutality and insanity, the two statements are inherently similar.

4). What’s the significance of reuniting with Taiwan if the price is eliminating everything east of Xi’An? It is apparent that reuniting with Taiwan is only an excuse. The evil specter of the CCP is not interested in Taiwan itself; the Taiwan debate is but a last-ditch effort to escape the CCP’s predicament. More accurately, the deaths of one billion people are to be used as medicine to extend the life of the evil specter, which is at the end of its rope.

Zhu’s anxiety is self-evident. It fully demonstrates that the CCP knows it is at its wit’s end and could collapse any day now. Zhu’s speech is a signal of the intensification of the final war against the human race and should not be neglected. Taiwan is but a backup trigger in the hands of the CCP in the final war against the human race, and in case of a crisis, can be used to blow up the earth. This is the true purpose for passing the so-called “anti-secession law.”

In the history of the human race, from Nero to Hitler, from Mussolini to Hideki Tojo, no one but the CCP has dared to say anything so wild and arrogant.

4. Using morality to disintegrate the tumor has the best end result

In my opinion, isolating and analyzing the speech is easy but hardly convincing. The best way to look at it is to put the speech in the context of the world stage and its profound relationships. It would be easy to tell the authenticity of the speech by looking at the world situation, the brutal nature of the CCP, the crises it is in, and the strategy it uses to address the crises.

What is the situation in the world stage, then? Actually, for the CCP, things have come to a life-and-death, historical moment.

A proverb goes, “The outsiders look for the loudest clatter, but the insiders know the real skills.” It’s not that the United States doesn’t know who is the true source of disasters in this world and who is the undisputed axis of evil. Who is the forerunner and consistent sponsor of terrorism? Who is spreading nuclear weapons to North Korea, Iran, and Libya through Pakistan? Who is instigating Kim Jong-Il, Osama Bin Laden, and Saddam Hussein on the front stage, so that it can win time to research and develop weapons of mass destruction (especially biological weapons) behind the curtain?

Through the war against terror, Bush has learned that the key to defeating the CCP is not military confrontation but promotion of the concept of freedom. While completing the adjustment in his focus in global military strategy, he declared the importance of freedom in the 21st century: the United States understands its national safety is closely related to the success of democracy around the world; world peace depends on the progress of freedom around the world. His 17-minute second inaugural speech used the word “freedom” 27 times. It has tolled the bell of history to completely bury all dictatorships and has pushed forward the magnificent wave of democracy in the world. The velvet revolution is being echoed around the world, including the Purple Revolution in Iraq, the Rose Revolution in Georgia, the Orange Revolution in Ukraine, the Tulip Revolution in Kyrgyzstan, and the Cedar Revolution in Lebanon.

Liu Yazhou, one of the sharp and well-known ones among the children of high-ranking CCP officials, was astonished and exclaimed: the United States’ anti-terrorism efforts in Afghanistan is not what is most frightening for China; what is most frightening is the wave of democracy around China. However, the CCP’s greatest fear is not democracy but the deep, inescapable crisis it has fallen into.

The flowers have wilted with time against their will! Eighty years of beautiful imaginations turn out to be but a daydream. Eighty years of a so-called revolutionary course turns out to be killing and accumulating retribution. Eighty years of fabricated, glorious history of the CCP turns out to be notes for the prosecution in the court of justice.

The Party is reaping what it sowed. Heaven is wide and all encompassing, and does not have omissions.

The time to reap its evil fruit has arrived.

The CCP’s greatest crisis is caused by its challenge to morality. It uses the most vicious means in history, including using national resources to conduct gang activities and killing Liu Chunling on Tiananmen Square[1], in order to instigate hatred against morality among the people.

Please be reminded of one important fact: since ancient times, in all countries in the world, tyrants at most did evil deeds to destroy morality and social order. Only the CCP takes destroying morality as its goal, resulting in the crisis of morality the CCP is facing today. Therefore, from the beginning, the CCP is doomed to end up in complete failure.

Thanks to the Nine Commentaries, which awoke people’s morality and conscience and fundamentally broke through the CCP’s culture against humanity and morality, the evilness and absurdness of the CCP were exposed to the light of day, with nowhere to hide. Corresponding to the wave of democracy that has surrounded the CCP from the outside, the upsurge of withdrawals from the CCP is crumbling the CCP from the inside. Instead of using an operation to cut off the tumor, it would be better to use morality to disintegrate the core of this malignant tumor. It allows the swollen cells and most infected cancer cells to be restored and revived which would be the least harmful method and has the best results.

5. First selling out the ancestor’s property then going insane. There are reasons behind the absurdity.

Facing the significant changes in the situation in the world stage, the reader can put oneself in the CCP’s shoes: What is the future for the CCP in such a deep crisis?

To summarize it succinctly, the CCP has no escape, having its way forward a dead end and the way backward blocked. If the way forward here refers to what the Soviet and Eastern Europe have already buried, then the way backward, the path to democracy, has been blocked by the chilling death walls created by the CCP itself.

The communist party in the Soviet and Eastern Europe disintegrated in a short time—this was undoubtedly a deadly blow for Deng Xiaoping, who considered himself an orthodox communist. Deng appeared calm on the surface, but was extremely scared inside. Deng busied his whole life for communism but started to wake up to reality before his death. For him and for his clique who ordered the military killing on Tiananmen Square in 1989, what truly worried them was not whether their cause would succeed (as it had already failed) but when the CCP government would collapse. Once the CCP collapses, they would become criminals for generations to come. The CCP’s fate and blood debt have become their own fate and blood debt!

After the “June 4” massacre, Deng Xiaoping spoke about “no more arguments,” “development is hard truth,” “cross the river by touching the stone,” and “I am the son of the people.” After these nonsensical, gentle and pleasing statements, he shut his mouth and started to design for the CCP’s plan of insane gambling on the deathbed that can be described as the “A beast at bay is fighting humanity for survival.” Before letting go of the grasp for life and descending to meet with Marx, Deng did three things.

1). Make friend with the neighbors for the sake of fighting a decisive battle with the United States.

To achieve his goals, Deng did not hesitate to sell out China’s territory. Now, signed by Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao, China has given away land in northern China the size of nearly 50 Taiwans. People are puzzled: Is the CCP mad in selling out China like this? This absurd event has its unspoken reasons behind it. On the surface the CCP looks like a gambler who goes insane after having lost everything, but there are secrets behind the action.

In today’s world, what reasons have led to the CCP’s selling out the ancestor’s property so decisively and so generously? No matter what, if it were not for a desperate gamble for matters of life and death, how could the CCP bet with such a sky-high price? To attack one Taiwan, does the CCP have to pay with 50 Taiwans?

That apparently is not the case. There is only one thing that can balance the weight of 50 Taiwans on the other side of the scale: the CCP’s survival. The CCP thought that if it could solve the problem posed by the United States, it could become the king of the world immediately, and worries outside and troubles inside would all disappear. But to battle with the United States is not a board game or a spirited dinner party. First, the reality is, the most undesirable situation is being attacked from both the front and the back. It would be terrible to have the “northern bear” attack from behind in the middle of a frontal battle. Thus, it became necessary and essential to spend a fortune to buy off the “northern bear.” If not for this, how can one explain why the CCP sells the country and its land in such a hurry, instead of spending time arranging its funeral at the moment of terminal illness?

Furthermore, looked at from the perspective of the CCP, its wishful plan was to gain the entire world by giving away 50 Taiwans.

2) Develop biological weapons of mass destruction

Since the 1990s, the CCP invested the country’s resources for over ten years in developing biological weapons, and it is believed that the CCP has these weapons. The speech refers to “using non-destructive weapons of mass killing” to “clear the stage of the United States.” These are not merely empty words of threat. Recently, the special-task police and the radical youth claimed on the Internet to “clean out Taiwan” or “want that place called Taiwan.” which means to kill the people of Taiwan to empty the place out. It is not totally groundless.

Those kind people who forget about the CCP’s history often cannot believe the fact that the CCP is daring enough to develop and produce modern weapons of mass destruction in violation of international treaties and basic human principles. But do not forget how Tiananmen Square was cleared in 1989. On what is viewed as a democratic holy land, the CCP carefully planned an efficient operation of killing, using explosive bullets to shoot, gasoline to burn dead bodies, and jet planes to transport corpses. It evaporated those elites of the Chinese nation without a trace. But afterwards, it solemnly declared that no student had died on Tiananmen Square, except for 23 soldiers. Where is the CCP’s moral bottom line?

Moreover, if a gang leader like Bin Laden could challenge United States on its own soil by destroying the World Trade Center, how can we treat too casually the terrorism of a state that has control over nuclear and biological weapons? No to mention more serious assaults, it would only take a few days for the CCP to spread colorless and transparent biological poisons using civilian airlines, and it would cause enough damage with definite impact.

In other words, in dealing with ruffians, how can the world’s people be careless and lack vigilance?

3) Build a special power structure for the terminal period

Learning lessons from the collapse of the communist system under Gorbachev, the CCP adopted the style of using the military clique to control the center stage behind the 1989 Tiananmen Massacre. It has become a norm for guns to lead the Party. This clique has absolute power to handle important military and state affairs, such as the removal of Zhao Ziyang, but it normally does not interfere with daily operations. If the front stage is occupied by the Central Committee, then the clique that operated from the backstage, which includes Deng Xiaoping, Liu Huaqing, Chi Haotian and the successors, represents the CCP’s real executive director, its spirit, interest, and life. This unique power structure, in effect, added one additional layer of insurance for the CCP. The board of directors has included carefully selected people of various kinds, including the royal party Zeng Qinghong, die-hard followers such as Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao, who do not worry about using blood to stain their posts, as well as those corrupt intellectuals who specialize in flattery and scheming.

***

1. On January 23, 2001 the Chinese government staged an incident of self-immolation on Tiananmen Square that China’s state-run media immediately claimed had been the work of Falun Gong practitioners. One of those involved in the incident, Ms. Liu Chunling of Kaifeng China, was killed on the square by a blow to her head delivered by a plainclothes policeman. A report in the Washington Post revealed Ms. Liu had never been known to practice Falun Gong. An analysis of the very propaganda film the government made about this incident revealed numerous facts that support the conclusion the government staged this incident. Nonetheless, the government media reported on this incident incessantly in order to turn the people of China against Falun Gong.

Certainly Epoch Times is very anti-communist Chinese. However, the author's argument is entirely plausible. ChiComs dragging the entire world down if they go down. ChiCom's use of biological and nuclear weapons are also very plausible. In the last 5 years, two of their military officers vowed they'll nuke US.

I've recently been boycotting Chinese products, although some items are not easy like computer components. I've also been boycotting gasoline stations which supply Saudi oil.

My apologies for the article being too long. Chicoms will not step down peacefully. If their position is threatened, they'll attack the USA. The abbreviated version is: the Chicoms will attack with bio weapons against us first. If that fails, they'll nuke us, taking out 100-200 million AMericans. They're willing to lose up to 700 million of their people. Chicoms got nuclear bunkers in western China.

I think we could beat China if we staged a full scale nuclear sneak attack.

Cut off the head of the dragon just as it's waking up.

Am I crazy for thinking this?

Perhaps you are crazy, perhaps not.

Look at the Total War we waged on N Korea, and they never quit. Nukes would not have caused that much more damage. For instance we destroyed most of their dams, meaning they could grow little rice since they had no agricultural water, and they fought on.

Consider the bombing campaign of LeMay on Japan in WWII- the Tokyo raid alone killed 100,000 civilians and destroyed 16 square miles of the city, more than the damage done to either Hiroshima or Nagasaki, and they did not quit.

To this day there is a debate over whether nukes end wars, and I do not wish to see someone go out and collect empirical data on the topic.

It could well be that if we dumped our entire nuke inventory they'd say, Gee, we're sorry, and quit.

Or, they could say, We have been grievously injured in a sneak attack on our homeland. Now it is up to all of us to fight for revenge and justice for as long as it takes (sort of like our feelings after Pearl or even the Maine).

Plus you could win militarily and lose politically, like VN and the Tet Offensive. Every liberal news outlet in the USA would have clicking Geiger counters 24/7 watching your fallout spread, with news reports of just how bad Sr-90 and Tritium are for growing kids.

Let's please not find out what would happen!

Uh, my preference would be that 100% would perish. The Chinese have to understand that such an attack would result in their complete removal from this Earth.

"But if the Party falls, everything is gone, and forever gone!"

How incomprehensively evil. They would cause the deaths of perhaps a billion people in order to save their kingdom of tyranny and their places in it.

Maybe Satan invented communism in case islam couldn't destroy the world by itself.

As long as they still only have liquid-fueled silo-based ICBMs -- yup, we could get the job done rather neatly. And, seeing as how they are based out in the far West, we wouldn't even kill that many innocents. Once those nasty Russian road-mobile solid-fuel ICBMs come on line (this year?), then it gets far messier. Thus, our window has just about closed. History may judge us quite harshly.

I see the Epoch Times distributed often around NYC's train stations. God bless 'em.
