Wednesday morning, several men seized former Nashville attorney Perry March from a restaurant in Mexico.
Eight men seized March, who is considered as the prime suspect in the disappearance of his wife, Janet March, around 8 a.m. in Ajijic, Mexico, where he lives with his two children and current wife, said John Herbison, Marchs attorney in Nashville.
Herbison said its believed March was being sent to Los Angeles.
It wasn't clear who the men were or if March was under arrest, but a Metro Police press release said the department would hold a press conference at 3 p.m. to discuss the "arrest of Perry March."
Janet March disappeared on August 15, 1996, from Nashville. She was declared dead by a court several years later. Even though hes considered a suspect in her disappearance, Perry March has never been arrested.
Metro Police said they would hold a press conference Wednesday at 3 p.m. with representative of the FBI, Deputy District Attorney Tom Thurman and U.S. Attorney Jim Vines to discuss the matter.
