Would a dog snatch a child from the arms of a bigger human?

My first thought was that the child was left unattended. I can't see it just running up to someone to grab a child out of their hands for no reason.

WHY in the world not??? If my infant child were being mauled to death by a beast, it would only be after I had been rendered completely incapacitated trying to prevent it. What did she do, stand by and watch??? Good grief!

Call the lawyers. Has anyone tried to purchase homeowner's insurance lately? You get extensive questions about whether or not you own a dog... What kind of dog? Is it a "dangerous breed"? A mixed breed? What kind of mix? I think the time will come when only the very wealthy will be able to afford owning a dog. Then they'll come after our cats too. :-)

My biggest challenge is keeping my Rottie from sleeping on the couch when I go out. Nicest dog in the world, but a big galoot.

Show me a bad dog and I'll show you an abused dog and a bad owner.

And all you "exterminate all the Rotties & Pit Bulls" crowd, if there were no Rotties or Pit Bulls the gang-bangers, drug pushers and other sordid lowlifes would just find another breed to make vicious!

I have had all breeds from Cocker Spaniels to Malamute to Rottweiler and the training made them all as nice a dog as you would ever want to meet.

Sure I let my doggie run, he's a good dog and has never bit anyone. He's a good doggie.. 90% of dog owners are scum of the earth. (If you're in the 10% then thanks.)

it;s apparent that these dog's do not like children and parents/relatives(grandparents) having them should be charged. This breed is vicious and attack for no reason.
