The universal meaning of "pimps" is guys who procure and sell the sexual favors of women for their own profit. It may well be very significant that they call their little (gang) "Pimps"......a strange name for a group of kids to choose, as most gangs have names more regal or violent sounding.

I was thinking about the poster who said the friends claimed to have been at the pool until 5:30 a.m. I began to feel that Nat maybe had gone back to the hotel. The boys knew it wouldn't be on tape.
But then I recalled that Beth said she was SURE Nat had NOT gone back to the hotel. Why? Because SHE KNOWS where they took her in the cab. She just can't make it public at this time.
Is it possible that she's been so much in the media that now if someone has Nat they can't even ransom her due to all the media attention?

I suggest you review the Jossy video that TexKat posted yesterday. In it he plainly states that JVDS had 'problems' with girls at school. I don't think that means he's a ladies man. That, and Jossy also speaks of JVDS' VIOLENT temper.
If that's what you consider to be the qualities of a ladies man, you might want to consider what other delusions you may have.

I've maintained all along that the ONLY time "that nite" Natalee was seen "at the hotel" is when she and the girls returned briefly between the beach concert and going to C&C's......this was where ahd when she "introduced herself to joran as he was beginning the end-game of the stalk and snatch......she had previously lost some monwy, and someone said he regained 100 of the lost 300 at this time. this was also where he made the comment about it being dead on sunday nites, but the girls went anyhow....the important thing I see here is that there never was a conflicting statement as some try to spin.....nor is there a single statement by anyone on the trip to the effect that Natalee was seen at the hotel after departing C&C's.
Scarborough jammed Byrd with time constraint, and there was NOT time for her to respond fully and honestly....in fact, Scarborough offered "leave it like that" as an option to her in lieu of a full explanation due to the time constraint he had just placed on her response......that is the origin of the nonsense that those who wish to pretend Natalee was seen at the hotel after her encounter at C&C's w/jorab & the Pinps. But it is simply NOT TRUE.
Actually, if you suggest I watch Greta every night, it's not true. I'm not a fan of her or Nancy Grace. But I do watch FOX looking for new info about the NH case. Guilty as JVDS.

I think people will continue to go to Aruba. I'm not talking so much about family trips, that particular demographic may dwindle down.
But it is still a party place, and people will sluff it off to, "Well she probably got stoned and drowned." Remember, a good percentage of Americans can't name who the Vice President is. They don't watch the news and don't care what happens to the entire country, never mind one girl.
They are too busy planning where to get their next piercing or if Tom really does love Katie.
It will be interesting to see what happens on Sept 4th. From the blip I saw on Greta either yesterday or the day before .. she spoke very briefly to the prosecuter who still feels good about the case. .. I took it to mean that Joran will be charged .. tho' she didn't say charged with WHAT.
As to the media.. it's hard to say... they cover whatever they think will bring them ratings.. period.
