Local news is reporting that Clermont cty's count is being held up due to "humidity".

Just heard it. Apparently ballots are sticking together because of the humidity.

I think every time two stick together, they would have to run the whole batch through over and over again.

If they use punch cards, the humidy swells them up and they jam in the reader. I built a few of these for Riverside County in 1980.
