I do not count it as a believable theory, in part because it is evident that you spun it out of your imagination, and in part because it does not corroborate with either science or experience. The biblical texts, OTOH are well attested as a reliable source of general information about the world and where it came from, and specific information regarding the Creator's attitude towards it. Not only so, but the biblical texts speak of themselves as being authored by the Creator through human agents whom He chose to perpetuate the texts.
As to why you should consider the biblical texts to be more reliable than those spun out of your own imagination, you shouldn't. You are in no position to do so. You should persist in, and rely upon, self-manufactured beliefs as opposed to anything that might be proposed from outside sources. That is the natural thing to do.
