I wonder what word the media used when Clinton did this? I bet they used "appointed".

Finally, we are showing the obstructionist socialists that they did not win the election (two of them!). Oh how the cry babies are going to whine and MSM will be fawning all over them, rushing to print all the whining...
Choke on it Dems.
wouldn't want to say that he exercised a frequently used option, now would we? lol
I like the title to,, instead of using
President Circumvents Senate, Appoints Bolton ...
They opt to make it vey personal. :)
Yes, I can bet you when Klinton appointed the likes of Bill Lan Lee, the media said it was alright.
Wonder no longer!

The Comcast homepage announces that Bush has appointed "controversial" nominee, John Bolton. I don't recall Bill Lann Lee being called "controversial" when Clinton recess appointed him.
Exactly, Clinton used recess appointment so often they probably lost count. I feel certain they never used such a inherently derogatory headline when Bubba made them.
Boy, you have to admire the president for having the "ball*" in the right place! [smile]- I love that he came back with a SC nominee that was not a woman (Not that I have anything against talented conservative women), and also, that was not in the mold of Mrs O'Connor. I heard a moron, someplace in the MSM, "hedging all his chips on a woman." They were so sure, I actually believed it... and guess what.... you've got the love the guy for that.... and now this! - Giving the Dems more of the same... IN THEIR FACE!... You've got it love it!!
Clinton made ONE HUNDRED FORTY-ONE RECESS APPOINTMENTS (141).
Geeeeee! I don't recall Dodd or any democrat being upset about ANY of those appointments ..????
The correct headline would have been Bush Circumbents Filibuster and Appoints Bolton. The Senate wanted him. The filibustering minority in the Senate did not.
