ridiculous comments?
I'll tell you what is ridiculous. Forty plus years as a Republican. For the first time in my life we have a Republican President. A Republican majority in the House and in the Senate. The President can not get a UN ambassador confirmed by a Republican MINO Senate. Yeah I'll vote for one of them again. Like Hell, I will!

LOL! I was as PO'd as you during the Bolton hearings. I said some things then that I have lived to regret. Then I took a look at the opposition. No contest.

Your position makes is wrong headed, imo. Cutting your nose off to spite your face makes no sense. Just work to get stronger conservatives elected in your state. Turning it all over to the loony left isn't going to make you any happier

And by doing so you'll reward the Dems' obstructionist behavior. RIDICULOUS!

THAT is the most ridiculous thing I've read here today!
But I'm curious: don't Nixon, Ford, Reagan, and Bush Uno count as "Republican Presidents?"

The President can not get a UN ambassador confirmed by a Republican MINO Senate. When the democrats filibuster every other nominee he sends up for anything, what do you expect the republicans in the senate to do? While Frist proved to be very short-sighted in not implementing a rule change at the beginning of this session to eliminate filibusters on the confirmation of all presidential appointees to force an up or down vote on all appointees that make it out of committee, there is no validity to blaming the republicans for the obstruction of the democrats.
