Maybe so, but what about the behavior of RINO senators -- namely my own two -- DeWine and Voinovich. They are both despicable weasels -- DeRINO siding with the Gang of 14 and RINOvich obstructing, weeping and gnashing his teeth about Bolton's nomination. I will never vote for either one of them again.

Sit out the election, perhaps letting a democrat win and perhaps letting them get the majority in the Senate, which is NOT a productive outcome.

I have never understood the reasoning behind sitting out an election in protest. It gains nothing, except handing the job to the opposition. A RINO is better than any Dem IMO. Then, the answer is to work really hard for a real viable candidate next time around.

Naming Bolton in recess dos NOT change the face of Republican politics, does not seal the borders, does not stop giving away our national treasury, does not stop the $15 billion to Africa, does not stop the cancelation of foregn debt owed to us, and does not prevent Negroponte from being Director of Homeland Security.
If you would stop cheerleading for a second, perhaps you could then devote a bit of your time in helping to reclaim our nation.

They've held up and blocked the constitutional process long enough, thereby violating their own oath of office in the process. The President is fully justified in making this move for an appointee he knows enjoys the support of the majority of the Senate.
