After all, the list of idiotic constraints in the article are indeed policy for ALL the UK police. Likewise, ten suspicious acting men of Middle-Eastern appearance can be in a boarding line in a U.S. airport, and only TWO of them can be subjected to secondary screening. I think idiocy like this only makes sense to 10%-20% of the people, yet that goofy minority has indeed managed to inflict it upon us all.
