Indeed it is. ....but this mindset exists only in the leftist-American/European world. Their guilt about the prosperity of Western culture eats them alive. ....most likely because they firmly believe that this properity came about only as a result of the West's "exploitation" of the ROTW.
True enough, but they've successfully shoved it down just about everybody else's throat because the people in power don't have the will to stand against them. After all, the list of idiotic constraints in the article are indeed policy for ALL the UK police. Likewise, ten suspicious acting men of Middle-Eastern appearance can be in a boarding line in a U.S. airport, and only TWO of them can be subjected to secondary screening. I think idiocy like this only makes sense to 10%-20% of the people, yet that goofy minority has indeed managed to inflict it upon us all.
