I heard about his group which is actually only seven members of the same family. They get their support by suing people who attack them and also the community because the police didn't protect them.
The easiest way to put these people out of business is for the families of the deceased military to sue them for grievous mental harm. This was discussed on a talk show in Oklahoma. The thing is not to confront them but to advise the families of the deceased serviceman or woman to sue them.

as a kansan i've had a few run ins with these folks....

remember when dealing with the insane-all they really want is the attenion we give them.

The Phelps Cult live for lawsuits.... picture a cult of scientologist lawyers who hate gays, blacks, hispanics, jews and catholics.

They also are paranoid to the extreme...everyone is out to get them and make them do naughty, nasty things...(Fred Sr. seems to have some serious issues based on his inordinate pre-occupation and fascination with man on man action...i'd rather not focus my life on buggery, but i'm a hopeless romantic)

still, if someone wants to sue 'em, go for it.
just realize that these goons have nothing better to do with their sad little lives.....
