What ticks me off is that I have to pay taxes on the FULL assessment of my humble 1600 sq. ft detached condo - no land, while Breyer's final assessment ends up being less than mine for a 4,964-square-foot house and 167 acres!
I may be able to do that. In fact I might just "find" myself over in that neighborhood next week. I'm pretty sure there's something there that requires my attention. As the minutes go by, I'm growing more and more sure of it.
I never did get to that property this week, but I did find out that there is a gate. Could I access the property? No doubt. Will I? Nope, not without a valid reason...which may just happen some day. I'm patient.
