I believe there was an incident at another soldier's funeral where a female member of the Phelps Gang went inside the funeral home and handed the slain man's mother a vicious letter.

Is there anyway to alert the funeral home of this so they can provide security?

Phelps is almost certainly bi-sexual himself. His "mission" is to pretend to be a bad egg in our basket, thereby making all Baptists tainted by Phelps' over-the-top hate.

The most *EFFECTIVE* way to silence Phelp's pro-Democratic-Party agenda (he's a Democratic Party fundraiser and a DNC voting delegate) is to enlarge these photographs and carry them to his protests. Because Phelps wants to discredit Republicans and advance Democrats, these pictures will cause him extreme discomfort. These are not photoshopped; they are real and available at the Log Cabin Republican website.

Thirteen members of Phelps clan visited us in June which I video taped and took some still photographs. Fred wasn't in the group. My favorite picture of them is when they're getting in a van... and leaving.

It's always interesting to read what family members who have left the Phelps cult have to say. I'd post a link but can't find it now.

It is a Federal Offense to interfere with a Christian Service. If his folks become disruptive in any shape, then they can be arrested.

This is from the FACE Act. The Conservatives put in the religious provision after the liberals demanded criminalizing obstructing the entrance to an abortion clinic.

It is a pretty severe penalties for violating this act.

If the Rev. Phelps wishes to disrupt the funeral service, then it is time for citizens arrest for him and his followers. THERE MAY BE OTHER GROUNDS FOR ARREST AS WELL.

sorry for this second post. Just got on AIM with all my Alabama born relatives. When you get the date let us know. They will be coming from North Carolina, South Alabama, and Several other States where they are working. Just need time to ask for day off. This is beyond vicious, it might not hurt to call the Police Department where the funeral will be held, and find out just what they intend to do about it either.
