Your quip was humorous. But, there's a difference between humor and overworked, once-funny gags. Because you get tired of the same old thing doesn't make you a loser. By the way, I didn't call the VK author a loser, I just said it was overworked and childish. His response was way more understandable than yours.

Complain to the mods about Zot then.
I've noticed more than, oh, three people who have a problem with Zots.
Campaign to have Zot removed if you don't like it then.
Either that, or just don't click on Zot threads.
Clicking on a Zot thread and then complaining about it is like the guy who flips through a Hustler magazine six or seven times just to make sure he is good and outraged by the porn.

You know? You're right...I should just not click on anything that has "zot" in the title.....I shouldn't be looking for anything more imaginative and funny than the same'ole same'ole. How about a little creativity in the revelment of zotting some "banned account?" Regardless, I will refrain from commenting further on the little kitties.....

Yeah, I've seen a handful, maybe three or four people, complain about Zot threads.
One individual in particular likes to come into a zot thread post zot and play devils advocate, griping about how he doesn't know why the troll got the zot.
And most who complain about the zot threads don't CARE whether we come up with a new 'gimmick' or wisecrack at the trolls expense.
*sigh*
If someone thinks all this is old hat and we need something new, perhaps they should chip in to the festivities and scrounge up some new graphics or a new gag?
Besides.. I LIKE doing the HK409 treatment on trolls, usually they make it easy to do.
(Gaffer, for an example of such treatment, see post 210.)
Until such time as trolls are off limits to us, we shall continue to crack jokes about their subterranean lives and subsentient world views.
We shall drag them blinking and mucous dripping into the light for delousing an disinfectant baths!
We will force them into the 21st century!
*pounding on lecturn*
We shall MAKE them advance through horrific activity and constant adversity, we shall make the troll kind more docile and more easily distracted with bright shiny objects!
