In any event, instead of going after the gun manufacturers, we should be going after the idiot judges who let criminals walk. Maybe once the judges, themselves, start being the target of lawsuits for irresponsible behavior, we'll see true litigation reform.

Mayor Mikey Idiotberg was on John Gambling yesterday speaking against this bill. The same "Guns kill people!" crap you hear everywhere. Be grateful people like him don't run the show, or the country would end up looking a lot like it does back in England.

Republican, my @$$.

This is a good start, in response to previous bad legislation.

This is great! I heard someplace thar Ruger stock went fron a dollar something to over $14 a share with this news.

The gun lock thing isn't as big a deal as people are making out. It only applies to pistols and the vast majority are being sold with locks now anyway, because many states require them. There is still a chance that the joint committee will strip the lock ammendment before it is over.

The anti-Second Amendment paranoid socialists in the Congress got one shoved right up their addresses. The treatment and harassment that the BATF has been DELIBERATELY conducting on law-abiding dealers is an atrocity and an afront to our CONSTITUTIONAL FREEDOMS. It is about time something AMERICAN was done about it.

And to all those anti-American radical leftists, let this be a lesson that the PEOPLE STILL RUN THIS COUNTRY.....read the Constitution’s first words -—

WE THE PEOPLE....

.....and said that the measure was simply a reflection of the National Rifle Association’s influence over Congress.
::::::
A lesson for the far-left socialists. This is America, not Cuba or Venezuela. This was a win of AMERICAN CONSTITUTIONAL FREEDOMS AND RIGHTS over the tyranny of leftist, anti-American socialists who would hold a Constitution burning party if they could get away with it.
