Alleged felons accused of driving a stolen car to court.
Two Bowling Green men who drove to their trial at the Butler County Courthouse in Morgantown not only were convicted, but were arrested again when the trial was over. Authorities say Terry Hunt, 39, and Justin Hawkins, 24, were accused of driving to the courthouse Tuesday in a stolen car.
Hunt and Hawkins had driven a 2005 BMW to the courthouse to attend their jury trial on arson and fraudulent insurance acts. After the discovery of the stolen vehicle, police searched the residence of the two in Bowling Green and found two stolen SUV Lexus' in the garage.
Hunt and Hawkins plead guilty to the charges of arson and fraud, and heard a jury recommendation of 20 year sentences. They're currently lodged in the Butler County Jail awaiting final sentencing.
They've been charged with the vehicle thefts, and will be arraigned in Butler and Warren counties.

Maybe they figured it would be the last time they'd be driving anyway, so why not drive to court in a 2005 BMW?

Sometimes people can't hack it on the outside and want to be thrown back in jail. I can find no other explaination for this behavior. Nobody is
that stupid...
The good news is, with the felony convictions, that's two fewer Donk voters in Ohio...

Sometimes I feel like I'm starring in my own version of "I Love Lucy." LOL.

My snafus are always well within legal boundaries, but some of them do seem to defy the laws of nature...

Where are you going for yours? London. Meeting a close friend from the States and a sister who lives in England. We planned all of this before 7/7.
When people ask now, I say "I'm going to London. I need a break from all this terrorism and bombing." (I have a warped sense of humor.)
Are you here in the Sandbox?
