Just had a luser tell me the day is imaginary. Hah! Little does she know
It's Official.
Strangely, her password is about to expire. New policy calls for Secure Passwords, Level III. That's 128-character minimum, upper and lower case, numeric characters and non-keyboard ASCII mandatory, and they change every 4 days...and no, you can't use old ones. And no words in English allowed to be embedded...

before SysAdmins there were Computer Operators....We were g-d like....Well more like clerics for the computer g-d that lived in the temple (computer room), people gave us their offering to the "god" in the form of card decks...and if the "god" was pleased he return to the user a completed run with no errors. However if the user displeased the "god' (or the operator) then the user would often find that the card deck offering was returned mutilated by the card reader, or shuffled, of for some reason the "bad" tape drive could read their tape.....ahh the good old days

The chipmunk voice saves it from really being noticeable. Even the other people in my office loved it too!

The proper term would be pH34r m3! ;) Please. That is so 20th century. Now the biffspeak mutation is (ahem) pj34r m3!@#$%^
.
And for all those users whom I intentionally told that 'rm -rf *
' means "read mail real fast"...I'm still not sorry.
