Hello, TexKat!
You're about the only poster I trust on these threads and I appreciate all the effort you've made in keeping us all informed. But I think the signal/noise ratio has just about forced me to tune out.
I take it that the big news at the moment is that they are draining the pond near the Marriott/Raquetball courts (but that is going painfully slow) and checking out a landfill at much further location on the south side of the isle. More experienced interrogators from Holland are expected to meet with Joran and the Texas Equusearch team are back and assisting with the landfill search.
On the sideliness, a crazy riddle at Shango seems to be perplexing people with clues and a few observers are convinced that Natallee was taken off the island early on to be abused and eventually discarded.
My only question is, what is the FBI's role in all this? It sounds like they are simply going over the evidence that ALE has already oicked over in case they miss something.
Is this an accurate recap for those unable to follow the post-by-post here? What am I missing?
Thanks again for keeping us informed!

My only question is, what is the FBI's role in all this? It sounds like they are simply going over the evidence that ALE has already oicked over in case they miss something.
