Am I the only one who felt the first comment was a bit odd coming from someone who's made their life practicing law???
I saw this when she said it last and was really suprised... Personally, I think all three of these scumbags are guilty as sin and need to go straight to hell, but for Nancy Grace, someone who's been beating the hell out of everything Aruban (because they don't do things the way we do), she had a lot of balls throwing the American concept of "innocent, until proven guilty" under the bus in the pathetic effort to keep up her "tough broad" image...

He wanted me to thank all of you for being so patient and supportive. He is working hard and wants to get a report to you as soon as possible.
I heard Nancy say that. Here's what I thought, FWIW.
She is a Prosecutor. She became one after her fiancee was murdered. Until then, I don't know if she was practicing law or even a law school grad. You might know much more than I do. But her tv image is Prosecution. That's what it's all about. Then she has these defense attorney types on, so she can get THEIR input, and then quite often, browbeat them with her words as a Prosecutor. That is her total mindset and her reason for being on the air.
So what she said, in that context, didn't surprise me.
Where is that coming from?

Nancy is always on the side of advocating for victims. That's what she does, as you have said.
And it's about time someone on tv doesn't always stick up for the "poor" perpetrators.
As for your mention of whether she was even in law before the murder of her fiance, no, she was not. She was an English lit grad student, and I heard her once say that she still reads Shakespeare everyday.
But after the rat who murdered her fiance was given something like 3 years, and after she recovered enough from the shock, she decided she was going to go after bad guys by going into prosecution.
She never lost a case when she was practicing law.

Calista quit trying to divert blame from these kids. even if they are scared for the lives of their families they should tell what they know. Let their families pay the price for the friends they kept. Better those 2 evil families die than Beth not get Natalee back.
I for one encourage the baddys to eliminate the kalpoes and the Sloots and Steve Croes. Would be no loss.

this was completely premeditated why do you think it happened on sunday night?
they planned to deliver her to Posner at the Holiday inn party. they (drug dealers at holiday inn) found out she was bama and they took out revenge on her;
she was not kidnapped. if there was some chance that she was alive the three would have said it right away.

if two guards took her into the hotel, they didn't take her to her room. did they check every room for evidence of a party. what about rooms that were rented by high rollers? What about rooms that were used off the books.? what about the underground partys after bar hours? i

i believe a high roller asked a concierge at the holiday inn to bring in an american girl. they used jurine to get her, but the three raped her first.

anyways, they think she is gonna be found like all the others at a crackhouse. she doesn't come back though. and knowing that Posaner is a baddy who owns the casino at the Holiday Inn and the HI owner is a friend of his equally baddy, they know they have to take the story away fromm the holiday inn and that is why every story steers clear of there.

i think that island is a threat to the interests of the united states and should be treated as such.
Aruba today is the Oduber gov's mouthpiece. nothing good will come ot it. tito is a fruit. editor and dilma are not to be trusted. they are beign paid off to discredit the family subtley behind the scenes.
you'd neeed at leas 200 people watching the HI in every hallway, every elevator door, every elevator and searching every room to make sure there was no shifting her around going on.

because he is the first criminal in the chain of events...and he has done this before, there is proof of this in deepaks possession. pictures that can put jurine right there. and jurine is the one who "carved" her out.
which speaks to symantics...makes her sound like a piece of meat. I think this a common, if not weekly, occurence in Aruba, and it finally happened to the wrong girl. They shit their pants when they saw Beth less than 24hours later. That Stratten guy is a major spoiler in all of this. what a creep.

in the weeks leading up to the Night natalee died...they have a serial killer on their hands, and they think its Jurine. This is information from tow news sources on the island, and none of them are Aruba today. But as always they have to watch what they put in the papers, lest the retribution. though it was a small papiamento article in Diario on tuesday.

the fact of the matter is that no american has any reason to ever go to Aruba and spend a dime again. i made up post cards and printed natalees face on it with, no more tourism till you account for her..
and slogans like: "I'd like to make a reservation, for the week after Natalee is back in Alabama and her parents are satisfied and reimbursed.
