As I posted earlier I am not putting too much stock in these witnesses or Jossy. Tim Miller stated on Greta that the small plastic baby swimming pool appeared to have been there at the landfill for some time. I guess Mr. Miller does not put too much faith in that witness's statement.

I think she just said the date was off.
I think she was saying that the date wasn't right. But again teens cruise around all the time so who the heck knows.
The implication was that they were linked, but I don't believe they said definitively.

Looking at this excerpt a bit more, I'm beginning to think this might be just a language problem. The PI and the lady witness do not speak the same language. She probably did not tell him she saw the Kalpoe's car, but she did say she saw a car with "tail lights were clear." I would say it's all a matter of how it is worded as to whether there really is a conflicting story here.
She could have discribed and identified a picture of the Kalpoe's car and never knew or heard it was the Kalpoe's car. If so, she would have never told the PI she saw the Kalpoe's car while discribing seeing it...to a T to the PI.

I think somewhere it was mentioned the PI had a translator when he talked to the woman..he also might have had a tape recorder as that is SOP in locals where it is legal to record without telling the other party...I don't know if it is legal in Aruba...but seeing how liberal their laws are it may be...then the PI would have probably talked to her first then asked to record it..if he did have a translator, that is a second person to back up what happened one way or the other..rs

Now if we could add more info to the hour by hour whereabouts of the 4 main suspects on June 1st, we'd have a better idea of who was at the dump and who was observing at the dump.
I'm guessing Joran would have been in school that day, but would have been out of school by 4:30pm.
Did Deepak work that day and what hours?
Did Paulus work that day and what hours?
Does Anita know where her guys were at 4:30 pm on June 1st?

I thought the reference to 'gardners' was interesting. I think the gardners are the drug dealers who provide the XTC. Could it be that the 'gardener' who came forward is protecting himself or those that come to the raves/after hours parties by providing evidence against Joran?
Good point about the translator, but sometimes thing get confused in translation. I hope your guess is right about the PI possibily recording the interview.
I am listening to Jossy on Greta's show (I didn't get to see it when it first came on but recorded it) - It surely sounds bogus as she would not be in a single plastic garbage bag. I would suspect it more if what he saw was described as a long bundle that was about the size of a human. Or a fully stuffed garbage bag that took 2 of them to remove from the truck.
The hair the guy may have seen was probably from a doll, it sounds like the people were cleaning up some old toys that were no longer any good and took them to the dump.
Did the witness say it was a black garbage bag or a black bag?
