Judge: Joran Van der Sloot Can Be Questioned By FBI
Was just informed that court results are now out in Aruba. All of the DNA evidence is said to have been thrown out - however, the tests can be conducted again through the proper procedures. Defense attorneys had challenged the testing as they claimed to have not been given enough time to argue against the procedure.
In possibly the most important development, a judge has ruled that suspect Joran Van der Sloot can be interrogated by both Dutch and FBI officials.

I think so too. Those 2 guards were taken in very early, and J and crew had time to dispose of her body then.
When you think how long it took to find Lori Hacking ... of course the Salt Lake City landfill is probably massive compared to Aruba.
I hope Greta has some of this tonight, maybe more will come out in the next few hours.
How many times did Paulus go ot the ATM that night? Do we know for sure he went? Could the money be to pay off officials to not take the boys in?
Greta seems to spend most of her show on Natalee. Hope she continues until there is a resolution. Hopefully there will be a resolution.

Right you are. And she has too large an entourage to just off her and go back to business. I can't think of anyone at this moment more deserving of admiration (other than our troops) than she is. What a strong woman.
But you're right, lightnin. Once she has Natalee, it's over. I don't know if it will go beyond that. Shango is hoping the corruption will end at Beth's hands, but I think s/he's wrong. Nobody has that kind of moxy.
Agree, however I am not putting a lot of stock in the witness, not yet anyway. The other witness (one that the PI stated that she saw Deepak's car at the Racquet Club) seems not to be panning out is what is being reported now.
That whole ATM thing really bugs me. Can the FBI get bank records and get withdrawal amounts? That is such a bizarre time to need some cash. Most people wait til morning.....
According to a timeline on cbs.com the security guards were mentioned first on Saturday June 4th and arrested on June 5th..
Has this info ever been mentioned on any of the cable news shows that are covering the case or just discussed in various forums?

The landfill was also mentioned last night, by another member of ES. He said they had already found a towell and some other items, which gave credibility to the landfill search. This person was either on Greta or Scarbrough.
The transcripts from those shows might include the landfill information.
Nobody is sure he went and withdrew any money.
We don't know for sure -- it's not verified that he went to the atm, but very little seems to be verified -- I've read that he went there 2 times that night.
No idea what the money would be for, though at that point, the "boys" weren't being looked at by officials, nobody was. She wasn't even officially missing at that point.
Actually, at that time P's good friend was still the polis chief, so J wasn't in too much trouble. The chief couldn't bring himself later to lift a finger, until he absolutely had to.

Perhaps they had already taken her clothes off and then "something bad happened"...Joran loses his shoe while trying to get rid of her clothes...deciding the mud wasn't deep enough to sink her too...they bury her in sand while they decide their next move.
Realizing others saw her with them, they come up with a story in case they are questioned...they point to the guards and when they are arrested...they dig her up and move her to the land fill.
My theory is as good as any I've seen. LOL
