Kabul, 29 July (AKI) - The Taliban is reported to have launched a fundraising campaign in Afghanistan. The private news agency Pajhwak Afghan News says literature has appeared in the east of the country in which the hardline religious movement asks for donations from groups or individuals. Mawlawi Abdul Rahman Deobandi, who Pajhwak describes as a senior figure in the Taliban, acknowledged that they had started fundraising, saying: "Despite the Taliban's unflinching belief in Allah's help, they are also reliant on people's support for resolving their cash problems."
Meanwhile, another news agency claims that lack of cashflow isn't the only problem facing the Taliban movement. The official Bakhtar News Agency says internal disputes have broken out among the leadership of the militia group. However, no other details were given.

Probably means give us your money or you die.
Time to start an assassination campaign?
>sarcasm< sort of
He, He. Very kind of them to make note of the fact that Allah has given them cash problems. They seem quite defensive.
Just forward this to George Soros -- he will take care of the Taliban...
Go George Bush! Go U.S. Armed Forces, Go U.S. Cabinet!
Looks like the strategy is paying off. U.S. News and World report has an article on the DOD's 7 point strategy fdor battling the War on radical Islam. Always near the top is cutting off the money supply. I'll see if I can find the article....
Evidence that the tide has turned on the jihadists is becoming more apparent every day. Look how quickly Britain is rounding up these suspects..even in Africa.
probably means susan sarandon, michael moore and sean penn will be over there lending a helping hand to bring in more donations.....
Stay tuned for a telethon soon to be broadcast...
Tali-Aid
Have the talaban give me a call , I have a septic tank full of campaign funds for them , I 'll even throw in a pig or two , and I don't mean Jane Fonda .
Is the Taliban tax deductible? Do they have a pooled-income fund?
